Can I expense this?

Yes — a VAT invoice is issued automatically at purchase. We can also amend the invoice address if your finance team needs it on the company name.
Are sessions recorded?

No — sessions are not recorded. The talks, hallway conversations and Q&A only happen in the room. Come in person.
What is the refund policy?

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, transfers to a colleague are free of charge — email us with the new attendee details.
I have dietary requirements — how do I let you know?

There is a dietary-requirements field at checkout. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free and major allergens are all catered for as standard.
Do you offer group discounts?

For groups of 5 or more, email hello@expertslive.co.uk and we'll send a discount code. Larger teams (10+) get a bigger discount.
What's the dress code?

Smart casual. This is an IT crowd, not a banking conference. Wear what you would wear to the office on a Wednesday.
